Bookings & payment
Please call our office on 020 7623 1805 to reserve or buy tickets. Any reserved tickets will only be held for 5 working days before being released (without notice) and can be secured by sending a booking form and the relevant deposit paid. Please contact the office for the form and confirmation of the deposit required.
On booking we require the number of vegetarians in your party as they will be issued with a vegetarian ticket. Your ticket will required in exchange for your food at our buffet stations
Payment methods
We accept credit/debit cards (+3% handling charge) or cheques made payable to Swan Pier Company LTD. Any cheques must be sent to Swan Pier Co ltd- 68 King William Street London EC4N 7DZ. Cheques will only be accepted up to 2 weeks prior to the date of your cruise, and under no circumstances after this. One cheque is required for each group booking - not individual cheques.
Refunds/cancellation
No monies are refundable under any circumstances, this includes deposits and/or final payments
Captains Control of the Vessel
During the entire hire period, the vessel will remain under absolute control of the Captain and / or his crew as provided by the owners. If for weather, tidal or other reasons the Captain considers it necessary to vary the scheduled trip, his decision will be final. The Captain has the right to refuse passage to any person or persons. The reasons for such refusal need not be stated, but will be in the interests of the owners, vessel or persons and crew embarked
Damage & Loss
Clients are liable for any loss or damage to the vessel or equipment/staff caused by them or by the persons in the party.
Safety
All vessels owned and operated by Swan Pier Company (trading as Thames Leisure) fully comply with MCA Regulations including life saving appliances, insurance coverage and crewing. For further information please liase with our office staff.
Security
For security purposes there will be random searches; guests are not permitted to bring alcohol aboard
Office Times
Please note that the office is open 9.30am - 5.30pm but NOT AT WEEKENDS. Any issue relating to your cruise must be dealt with during these times. CREW OR STAFF ON THE DAY/NIGHT CONCERNED WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CHANGE ANY DETAILS OF YOUR CRUISE INCLUDING CRUISING TIMES.
Bar
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES are clients allowed to bring their own beverages aboard Swan Pier Company Ltd's vessels. Any contravention of this policy will result in the group being asked to leave or refused entry without refund. Swan Pier Company Ltd's crews have the Company's complete authority in this matter.
