A choice of the freshest seasonal fruit displayed as a centrepiece. (Fresh Fruit Display can be combined with ice carvings)

The finest smoked cold meats from around the world. Sliced and displayed on mirrors with fruit or seasonal garnish.

Whole Dressed Salmon
Boned and skinned whole Scottish Salmon dressed to the Chef’s requirements and served on a Silver Salver.

Cheese Board
A selection of fresh British and Continental cheeses to compliment your meal.

Ice Carvings
