Surcharges

Finger buffets, Hot buffets, Hot & Cold buffets, BBQ's & Formal dining menus

For any event with 50 guests or less, you will be required to pay for all staff charged at £60 per staff member + VAT based on a 4 hours party. We would recommend at least 1 staff member for a finger buffet, 2 or more for a hot/hot and cold buffet, or 3 or more staff for a BBQ. Silver service menus will require 1 staff per 8 guests minimum.

Canapes

Please note there is a minimum spend of £500. If the spend is less than this there will be a charge of £60 + VAT per 50 guests to cover staffing costs based on a 4 hour party.
