Bar options

Are you looking for a boat bar in London or private party boat hire in London? Thames Leisure has four unique charters on the River Thames all available to hire with a range of bar options. These options are made to suit requirements and budgets of each individual party we organise. Drinks Vouchers

These are paid for before the event and are made up by the office team at Thames Leisure. We can make them in £1 denominations or to the value of £4.00 (any beer, wine, spirit and mixer or 2 soft drinks, no change given). This is a great way of limiting how many drinks your guests have each so that complimentary drinks are distributed fairly. The £1 denomination is especially suitable as guests can use their vouchers between groups to purchase bottles of wine etc. We recommend that your guests bring small change so  they do not waste any vouchers, for example, some drinks are £3.20, so instead of giving 4 vouchers the guest could give 3 vouchers and 20 pence to optimise spending. We cannot give refunds for vouchers not used on one of our Thames boat parties.


Limit bar

This is where a certain amount is pre-paid for the bar and once it has been spent, guests can only pay in cash. Any monies not spent are refunded after the event.  You can also specify drinks for your guests; for example, beer, house wine and soft drinks but no spirits. 

Account bar

This is an option for organisers who want to give their guests all night ‘free’ drinks or provide a cash free alternative. A deposit of £25 per person attending is paid before the event with any monies not spent being refunded, and any overspending being invoiced for after the event. Again, you can specify certain drinks that you do not want you guests to have; our staff will not serve champagne on an account bar unless approved by the organiser. 

Pre-Ordered Wines

Please see our speciality wine list. Bottles of house white or red are charged at £13.50 per bottle on a sale or return basis and all other wines are on a non-sale or return basis. Our extensive wine list caters for all tastes, meals and occasions with champagne from as little as £28.50 per bottle and sparkling wines from £14.95 per bottle.
